PETALING JAYA: The Department of Civil Aviation will implement its new charges in stages with a "maximum one-fold increase."
Transport Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said the new air navigation facilities charges (ANFC) were discussed between the DCA and airline operators.
