KUCHING: The National Registration Department has confirmed that it is withdrawing its appeal in the case of Roneey Rebit, a Sarawakian Muslim convert who recently won a court ruling to be legally recognised as a Christian.
"After studying this case in detail, the NRD, as the third defendant in the case, has decided to withdraw its appeal.
