GEORGE TOWN: Phang Li Koon (pic), who sold the Pinhorn Road bungalow to Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng, is believed to have been arrested by police and Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission officers.
It is not known where and when Phang was arrested but a senior state government official confirmed the arrest.
