KUALA LUMPUR: It was a heartbreaking moment when brothers of Joice Chin Khoon Sing, 23, arrived at the scene of the freak accident that robbed their sister of her life.
Chin, who was said to be an administration executive in Puchong, was killed just a week before her 24th birthday when part of a construction crane fell from over 20 storeys on her car as she was driving along Jalan Raja Chulan at about 7.15pm Thursday.
