PETALING JAYA: The Cabinet has asked the Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government Ministry to conduct further studies on the feasibility of giving housing developers licenses to offer housing loans.
Its Minister Tan Sri Noh Omar said he had been asked to improve three areas after the original proposal he announced last week had been criticised by various quarters.
