Maseu’s judicial review bid thrown out


KUALA LUMPUR: The administrator of Malaysian Airline System Bhd (MAS) has succeeded in striking out a judicial review bid by the Malaysian Airline System Employees’ Union Peninsular Malaysia (Maseu) challenging the former’s immunity against legal action.

Justice Nik Hasmat Nik Mohamad, in allowing the application by the administrator and three others, also granted them costs of RM8,000.
