MALACCA: The 56-year-old operator of All Mighty Old Folks Home in Klebang was fined RM4,000 by a magistrate’s court for beating a resident and for not registering his shelter with the authorities.
Magistrate Analia Kamaruddin meted out the punishment yesterday after accused M. Michael Seghar (pic) pleaded guilty to both offences.
