PUTRAJAYA: Rafizi Ramli will remain the Pandan Member of Parliament until his appeal is heard, said the Election Commission (EC).
Its chairman Datuk Seri Mohd Hashim Abdullah said though the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court sentenced Rafizi to 18 months' jail, according to the Federal Constitution, his position would remain unchanged until his appeal was heard.
