KUALA LUMPUR: About 20 Opposition MPs marched from Parliament to the Bukit Aman police headquarters on Tuesday to demand the release of Bersih 2.0 chairperson Maria Chin Abdullah, who was detained under the Security Offences  (Special Measures) Act 2012 (Sosma).

They also demanded that the rights of MPs be upheld, following the recent action against several MPs accused of breaching the Official Secrets Act (OSA).
