GEORGE TOWN: The High Court has fixed March 7 to decide on a motion filed by Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng (pic) and businesswoman Phang Li Koon to declare Section 62 of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Act unconstitutional.
Justice Hadhariah Syed Ismail fixed the date after hearing submissions from counsel for both sides.
