KUALA LUMPUR: Five men, including a Thai national, believed to be members of a syndicate trafficking pil kuda or psychotropic pills, have been detained in raids here and in Kelantan.
Bukit Aman Narcotics Crime Investigation Department director Comm Datuk Seri Mohd Mokhtar Mohd Shariff said the five – four Malaysians and a Thai national – were detained on Sunday and Tuesday.
