PETALING JAYA: The murdered Kim Jong-nam's other half brother Kim Jong-chul (pix) is a huge Eric Clapton fan, a high-flyer and has been described as "effeminate", says a report.
According to a 2015 Washington Post article, Jong-chul was sighted in London at a Clapton concert, and he is known to be a huge fan of the veteran rocker.
