Pua has no legal standing to file suit, says Najib’s lawyer


KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak is seeking to strike out a civil suit by PJ Utara MP Tony Pua against him over alleged abuse of his public office in relation to 1MDB funds.

This was on grounds that Pua had no legal standing to file the civil claim against him, Najib’s lead counsel Datuk Mohd Hafarizam Harun said.
