GEORGE TOWN: Penang MCA received nine complaints over the venue of the Penang Hot Air Balloon Fiesta 2017 which took place at the Polo Ground opposite the Penang Hospital.

Komtar MCA task force chief Tan Hing Teik said the complaints were from relatives of hospital patients who were stuck in traffic due to the recent two-day event.
