KUALA LUMPUR: Police have rubbished a voice note going viral on WhatsApp, claiming that major roads and highways in the Klang Valley were closed to make way for the arrival of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

The minute-long voice note alleged that traffic was backed up past the Bukit Jalil exit due to closures along the Sungai Besi toll plaza heading to Kuala Lumpur.
