KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak has instructed Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTM) to find an immediate solution to various customer complaints about its services.
In a Facebook post, Najib said a common customers complaint was about the Electric Train Service (ETS) and its online ticketing system.
