KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court will hear the appeal of sex blogger Alvin Tan's ex-girlfriend Vivian Lee (pic) on May 11, against her jail term over a captioned photo mocking Islam on the duo's Facebook page.
Justice Nordin Hassan fixed the date after ruling the High Court should wait for a decision on a similar case in the Federal Court as it would serve as a precedent in this case.
