Mustapa: Malaysia open to trade with North Korea

Mustapa: "We are aware that congressional leaders appear not too keen to bring the bill forward during the lame duck session. The fate of the TPPA will therefore depend on whether the new US Presidency will ratify the agreement.

KUALA LUMPUR:  Despite the diplomatic tension with North Korea following the murder of its citizen Kim Jong-nam, Malaysia is open to trade with the hermit nation, said Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed.  

The International Trade and Industry Minister said the Government will not place any trade embargo on Malaysian companies keen to do business with North Korea.
