KUALA LUMPUR: The Transport Ministry will pursue action against the express bus company and its driver if negligence was found to be the reason for Monday morning’s bus crash near Bukit Tambun that claimed one life.

“We will investigate whether the vehicle was well-maintained and also the driver. If he had breached any laws, then we will take action against the express bus company,” Deputy Minister Datuk Ab Aziz Kaprawi (pix) told reporters at the Parliament’s media centre here Monday.
