KUALA LUMPUR: The Government must not ignore the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia’s (Suhakam) findings on the death in custody of S. Balamurugan, as the report points to a breach of duties by police officers involved in the investigation.
DAP’s Klang MP Charles Santiago said the Home Ministry should now immediately identify the perpetrators responsible for the 44-year-old’s death at the North Klang district police headquarters on Feb 8.
