IJN: Cut out meat, eat more fruit and veg for heart health

KUALA LUMPUR: The National Heart Institute (IJN) is conducting a month-long campaign on healthy eating in an effort to fight cardiovascular disease and obesity.

IJN launched its eighth Nutritional Month, themed “Go E.C.O.”, at its premises on Monday. One of the campaign’s main objectives is to get people to cut down on meat and increase their intake of fruits and vegetables.
