KUALA LUMPUR: It will be subjudice for the Private Member's Bill of PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang to be tabled in Parliament now that a suit has been filed in a High Court here on the constitutionality of the Syariah court amendments, said Moderate member Mohamed Tawfik Ismail.

Tawfik said Dewan Rakyat Speaker Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia and secretary Datuk Roosme Hamzah are barred from allowing Hadi's Bill to be debated in Parliament after they were served with a legal notice.
