KUALA LUMPUR: It was Barisan Nasional’s decision to allow PAS president Datuk Seri Hadi Awang to table the Private Member’s Bill (RUU355) but there would be no debate, said MIC president Datuk Seri Dr S Subramaniam.

He said the decision was made based on the agreement made at the Barisan Nasional Council last week.
