Police must act against dog abuser, says Puchong MP

PETALING JAYA: Despite his apology, the police should act against Singaporean Terry Yee (pic) who was caught brutally attacking a guard dog at Taman Melody in Puchong, said Gobind Singh Deo.

The Puchong MP said there must be a full and thorough probe into the matter and suggested Yee be investigated under Section 428 of the Penal Code.
