KUCHING: A 24-year-old female college student has been arrested following the discovery of a dead newborn girl in a trash bin at an apartment complex in Samajaya here.
The suspect, a third-year diploma student from Belaga, was picked up by police at one of the apartment units at 12.30pm on Tuesday, soon after the baby's body was found by a cleaner.
