May date for decision on appeal over teacher's acquittal in UPSR leaks case

PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal will decide next month whether a school teacher who was charged with having images of leaked Ujian Pencapaian Sekolah Rendah (UPSR) exam papers will have to enter a defence or remain acquitted.

Court of Appeal judge Justice Mohtarudin Baki said that they needed time to deliver the decision as the three-man panel has to evaluate points of law.
