Prosecution fails in appeal against former exec’s murder acquittal


PUTRAJAYA: Former information technology executive Norazman Bashah Ahmad Azam Bashah who was acquitted of murdering his wife remains a free man.

This was after Deputy Public Prosecutor Mohd Hamzah Ismail informed Chief Justice Md Raus Sharif, who chaired the Federal Court five-man panel, that he was unable to serve the notice of appeal on Norazman Bashah, 36, for the third time.
