KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here has allowed political cartoonist Zunar (pic) to challenge the order issued by the Immigration Department director-general and two others prohibiting him from travelling.
Speaking to reporters after hearing in chambers Friday, Zunar's lead counsel N. Surendran said the High Court had dismissed the preliminary objection raised by the Attorney-General's Chambers (AGC) over Zunar’s application for leave to initiate judicial review proceedings.
