Case of ‘suicidal pupil’ grabs Education Ministry’s attention


JOHOR BARU: The Education Ministry wants an immediate report over the case of the Chinese vernacular school Year Three pupil who had suicidal thoughts after his Moral Education teacher allegedly told the other students to boycott him in class.

“I’m very concerned over this allegation,” said Deputy Education Minister Datuk Chong Sin Woon when informed about the matter.
