KUALA LUMPUR: A freak thunderstorm on Friday afternoon wreaked havoc across the city, with zinc roofs blown away and trees being uprooted.
Kuala Lumpur Fire and Rescue Department director Khiruddin Drahman said in one incident a roof was blown away by strong winds at Flat Sri Pinang in Jalan Ikan Emas.
