Company behind Victoria International College charged with personal data-related offence

KUALA LUMPUR: The company behind Victoria International College has been charged in the Sessions Court here for processing the personal data of a former technician without a certificate of registration issued by the Personal Data Protection Commissioner.

Khas Cergas Sdn Bhd, the company that owns Victoria International College, is said to have committed the offence, and the company's human resources manager pleaded not guilty on the company's behalf on Wednesday.
