Ex-sportswriter Dan Guen Chin dies of cancer at 64

JOHOR BARU: Former sportswriter Dan Guen Chin, winner of the Johor Special Media Award 2015, has died after battling stomach cancer for close to a year. He was 64.

Dan, as he was popularly known, died at Hospital Sultan Ismail at 4.30pm yesterday with his wife Angeline Boo Pik Noi and their son Dan Jie Min by his side.
