Three more nabbed in zakat funds probe


GEORGE TOWN: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has widened its probe into the alleged graft and misappropriation of zakat funds with the arrest of three more Pusat Zakat Negeri Pulau Pinang (ZPP) officers.

Penang MACC director Datuk Abdul Aziz Aban said the trio, aged between 33 and 49, were nabbed at the ZPP office at about 4.30pm yesterday.
