PUTRAJAYA: A teacher who allegedly had images of leaked Ujian Pencapaian Sekolah Rendah (UPSR) exam papers has been ordered to enter his defence.
In a majority 2-1 decision, Court of Appeal judge Justice Mohtarudin Baki said the classification of papers under the Official Secrets Act by former Malaysian Examinations Board director Datuk Dr Na'imah Ishak was valid.
