Melaka district CID chief in protection racket probe out on bail

PUTRAJAYA: A Melaka district CID chief (pic) who was under a Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) probe over a vice den protection racket in the state has been released on bail.

Magistrate Nik Isfahanie Tasnim Wan Ab Rahman released the 49-year-old on a RM50,000 bail on Monday.
