KOTA KINABALU: With many people observing the holy month of Ramadan, it is a modest celebration at this year’s Kaamatan or Harvest Festival in the state.

However, it is no less merry with activities such as traditional sports, performances and exhibitions taking place at the Kadazandusun Cul­tural Association centre in Penam­pang despite the unpredictable weather.
