Higher Education Ministry concerned about Navy cadet officer's death


PETALING JAYA: The Higher Education Ministry has expressed its concern over the death of navy cadet officer Zulfarhan Osman Zulkarnain, a final-year student of the Malaysian National Defence University (UPNM).

In a statement on Friday, the Ministry said it would work with the army and police in their investigations into Zulfarhan Osman's death.
