KOTA KINABALU: A 4.2 metre long king cobra was captured outside a house near Kota Belud in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Sabah Civil Defence Department director Kol Mulliadi al-Hamdi said the snake was captured after a woman alerted them to her discovery at about 5am.
