KOTA KINABALU: Former Sabah Water Department director Ag Mohd Talib Ag Mohd Tahir (pic) is hoping to use land titles to pay part of his RM2mil bail.
His lawyers Mohd Nor Yusof and Amli Nohin have filed a motion at the High Court here seeking to vary the bail with RM500,000 in cash to be deposited and the balance of RM1.5mil to be in the form of land title deeds.
