KOTA KINABALU: Two Filipino militants leading the insurgency in Marawi City are among the 18 cross-border criminals on the wanted list of Eastern Sabah Security Command (Esscom).

They are Abu Sayyaf group leader Isnilon Hapilon and Maute group head Abdullah Maute, both who could be trying to escape the Philippine military offensive to secure Marawi City.
