Opposition mum on bloated fees of three Penang roads

PETALING JAYA: Pakatan Harapan leaders have chosen to stay silent on allegations by Barisan Nasional that the DAP-led Penang government overpaid on consultancy fees for three road projects.

Previously, the Barisan strategic communications team led by Datuk Seri Abdul Rahman Dahlan had provided documents from the Board of Engineers (BEM) stating that payments by the state government for consultancy fees for the three main roads project was 400% above standard rates.
