Semi-naked man nabbed after ramming into several cars

JOHOR BARU: A 43-year-old semi-naked man was nabbed after he rammed into several cars parked along a residential street at Taman Johor Jaya here with his Proton Wira.

A witness - who took a video recording of the driver clad only in red underwear and a collared t-shirt -  said that the driver reeked of alcohol.
