PETALING JAYA: Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) says the power outage at IOI City Mall Putrajaya on Monday was not caused by a blown fuse at its substation, but due to a flashover (short-circuit) of the mall's own circuit breaker.

It was previously reported that the blackout, affecting retail outlets at the mall, was due to a blown fuse at a substation supplying power to the building.
