Zahid: Ministers to explain BM waiver for medical officers

KUCHING: The Cabinet will hear an explanation on the waiver of the SPM-level Bahasa Malaysia subject requirement for contract-based medical officers at its meeting on Wednesday, said Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.

The Deputy Prime Minister said Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam and Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Joseph Entulu, who is responsible for the Public Service Commission, would be asked to explain the matter.
