GEORGE TOWN: Eight policemen have been remanded together with another person to allow for investigations into the escape of a detainee facing drug charges.
Deputy registrar Ahmad Tajudin Zain on Monday granted the remand order for the nine individuals, aged between 20 and 45. The order expires on Thursday.
