BINTULU: The latest police report on the diesel-laden tanker that exploded heresuggests that the vehicle was moving very fast before it lost control, hit a road divider, overturned and exploded.
The police have secured eye-witness accounts from the scene and have already identified the transport company that owns the oil tanker.
