JOHOR BARU: A toddler who was taken to hospital after allegedly suffering from fits is believed to have been abused by his adoptive parents.
Batu Pahat OCPD Asst Comm Abdul Wahib Musa said the boy, aged one year and nine months, was brought to the district's Hospital Sultanah Nora Ismail by his mother on July 5.
