KOTA BARU: Nenggiri assemblyman Datuk Mat Yusoff Abd Ghani lost his seat following a vote at the Kelantan state assembly sitting on Tuesday.
Speaker Datuk Abdullah Ya'kub declared the state seat vacant based on a majority vote to disqualify Mat Yussof, after the Insolvency Department declared him a bankrupt.
