KUALA LUMPUR: The body of a young boy was found inside a plastic bag by a worker cleaning a drain at Jalan Kampung Chin Lee, Kepong on Thursday.
City CID chief Senior Asst Comm Rusdi Mohd Isa said the victim, believed to be aged between three and four years old, was found at 3pm Thursday with injuries on the right side of his head.
