Rapid KL denies claims of faulty token vending machines

KUALA LUMPUR: Rapid KL has assured the public that all its token vending machines (TVMs) are in good working order and dismissed claims that several TVMs at the Sungai Buloh MRT station were faulty.

Rapid KL in a statement issued by Prasarana Malaysia Berhad (Prasarana) on Sunday said the long queues at TVMs were due to a surge of commuters and the overwhelming response for the MRT service.
